Cancellation Policy
Cuando se cancele con 12 horas o más de anticipación a la cita, se efectuará el reintegro del depósito, aplicando una retención del 15 % correspondiente a comisiones de plataformas. Si se realiza dentro de las 12 horas previas al tratamiento, se reintegrará únicamente el 50 % del depósito. En caso de no realizarse la cancelación, el depósito no será reembolsable. ________________________________________________________________________________________ When the appointment is canceled 12 hours or more in advance, the deposit will be refunded, subject to a 15% retention to cover platform commission fees. If the cancellation is made within 12 hours prior to the treatment, only 50% of the deposit will be refunded. In the event that no cancellation is made, the deposit is non-refundable.
